Renovation of a 60s apartment,
the living area extends along the entire length of the apartment, a space divided into areas for talking, eating, watching TV or relaxing.
Entering the house you find yourself in a large room flooded with light, with dark oak wood floors a double full-height glass window in milk-colored retro-varnished glass that divides the living area from the TV area - studio that can be transformed in the guest room.
Countertops at various heights incorporate direct and indirect lighting and identify the different areas without being invasive for the overall design aesthetics.
The kitchen is the central element around which is structured the renovation of the apartment, open on the living area with worktop and peninsula in Carrara marble, the appliances closed by white lacquered panels and wall units in treated oak.
The project includes a main bedroom, with private bathroom and terrace and two rooms for the couple's daughters communicating with a double sliding door, to create a common play area.
