CAFElab was called to design a house that was an expression of cosmopolitan culture of patronage, European, American and Mongolian.
Modernity and the contemporary are the main threads of the project, according to the wishes of the client, that the quest for his Dream House, has deliberately chosen to leave out any reference to the project by local tradition.
The outer shell, covered in pale stone, consists of a central volume, for the socialization, lunch and work, a wing that houses the private rooms and a technical volume, totally enclosed outside, covered in Mongolian basalt, in which are concealed in garages, warehouses and utility rooms of the pool.
The volumes are organized around the main body with permeable and transparent links, the stairs, the skylight, the winter garden.
